Bennie Sheally, Agency Owner, CEO
Bennie is the founder of Sheally Insurance Group and the heart and soul of our agency. He leads the strategic direction of the organization and ensures that we remain well-positioned to serve our client’s evolving needs while providing the best product options and supportive capabilities. Known around the office for his contagious ambition, positive outlook, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of himself and others, Bennie has a remarkable talent for building meaningful relationships and winning teams. Prior to taking the entrepreneurial path, Bennie represented Prudential as a life insurance and financial planning advisor. He later joined Nationwide Securities as a financial wholesaler responsible for agency recruitment and financial services production throughout the North Carolina region. Bennie earned his finance degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Business where he also played for the men's soccer team. He maintains an active role on numerous insurance industry-related advisory boards and executive leadership committees as well. Bennie also serves as President of the Wilmington Hammerheads Youth Futbol Club, a 501 c3 non-profit that strives to maximize resources and provide high-quality soccer services to the community. When he isn't working, Mr. Sheally enjoys being out on the water, spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, and anything else that sounds like fun! Bennie strives to live each day to the fullest and truly embraces a “work hard, play hard” mindset.
Erica L. Cottle, Vice President
Erica was Sheally’s first hire and her vital role within the agency has truly evolved alongside our growth every step of the way. There’s not much she hasn’t influenced in her tenure! Although her focus on providing exceptional customer service and love for all things insurance still remains at the heart of her approach to leadership and work every day. Erica is passionate about training others to reach their personal best and applies her industry expertise, robust product knowledge, and diverse operational experience to lead our commercial insurance solutions team and portfolio strategy. She likes a good “stump your agent” challenge, too...just try her!! Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. When Erica’s not hard at work, you will most likely find her enjoying family and the outdoors. She also volunteers with several local non-profits throughout the community while serving as Residential HOA President.
Miranda Parker, Chief Financial Officer
Miranda joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2011 and is responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization in addition to agency accounting, filing, and reporting. She is our Head of Human Resources as well and is genuinely dedicated to supporting the career path and goals of each individual team member. Miranda is also the system administrator for countless core operational functionalities across our agencies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her business acumen has been an essential ingredient of our growth strategy and leadership team since nearly inception. Who knows where we would be without her!? Even so, faith and family remain Miranda’s top priorities. Mrs. Parker and her husband have four daughters and she cherishes the gift of being their mother. Miranda enjoys being with family above all and also volunteers with many church activities and youth programs in her “free time.”
Allison Sisson, Director of Marketing
Allison joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2019 with over 15 years of corporate marketing communication experience. Prior to diving into the insurance field and fabric of our agency, Allison launched her career in the financial services sector where her passion for brand management and in-house marketing first began. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and advertising strategy for our dynamic family of brands, and leverages a diverse skill set to further support our growth and development as we continue to expand and memorialize independence. Allison attended Appalachian State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Communication. Outside of the office, she's a wife and doting aunt who loves the ocean, all things home and garden, and family time!
Jarrett Shearin, Executive Director of Sales
Jarrett joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2021 with over 20 years of experience structuring insurance and risk management solutions for businesses throughout North and South Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he studied organizational communication and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In his current role within the agency, Jarrett is primarily focused on fostering opportunities for new growth and sales team development. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two daughters, in addition to fishing and boating.
Tom Parratt, Chief Operating Officer

Tom joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2017 and spearheaded our expansion in the South Carolina region as we opened additional office locations there in August of 2018. Well known for his keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focused approach to achieving operational excellence, Tom leads our team’s charge to deliver exceptional service and product selection to best accommodate the insurance needs of the Lowcountry community. Tom enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them navigate the sometimes confusing but essential world of insurance. He also knows a thing or two about teamwork and achieving goals! Prior to beginning his career in the insurance field, Tom played professional soccer for 15 years and has plenty of coaching experience, too. Tom is an essential member of our leadership team and his contributions to our story and shared success are apparent not only in our South Carolina offices, but across our entire network of agencies. He is married with a young family that continues to keep him on his toes outside of the office! In his free time, he likes to stay active, listen to music, and hang with family and friends.
Jenna DeMare Porter, Business Manager to the CEO
Jenna joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2021 adding more than 15 years of operational management experience to our team. In support of a fast-paced, high-profile residential real estate group in New York City, Jenna coordinated whatever came across her desk, including PR and marketing related responsibilities. To say she’s experienced variety and bravado in her career to date is quite the understatement! In her current role with Sheally, Jenna assists our CEO with the execution of key initiatives tied to company growth, strategic planning, and internal communication. Jenna attended College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Outside of the office, Jenna devotes her free time to her family.
Gary Columbus Duke, Agency Partner
Gary joined Sheally Insurance Group as part of the Wagner-Duke merger in February of 2018 with over 20 years of prior agency experience. Before beginning his work in the insurance field, Gary attended East Carolina University and spent another two decades mastering his sales, operations, and management skills in the food processing and restaurant industries. Gary is a critical thinker with practical perspective and hard-earned stripes. We are fortunate to leverage his talent and tenure in the Lexington office and on our Leadership team. Gary is also licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Health, Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care. In his free time, Gary enjoys good conversation, the occasional cold beer, and spending time with family and his grandchildren.
Morgan Lawson, Senior Sales Executive
Morgan joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2013 with over seven years of prior insurance agency experience. He is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health. Morgan specializes in assisting our personal lines clientele with protecting everything they work hard for, along with the financial security and wellbeing of their most valuable asset - their families! Morgan graduated from Florida State University where he earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. He is a hardworking, dedicated father and husband who always smiles at the mention of his bride and their two children. In his free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with family, boating, hunting, and fishing.
Denise Kelly, Senior Sales Executive
Denise joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2008 and is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident and Health, Medicare support, Long Term Care, and Resident Broker. Her career in the insurance industry began in 1986 and she went on to later operate her own agency. These days, she primarily assists commercial customers, enjoys helping clients, and working alongside her Sheally family and team. Denise is a caring, veteran agent with a memorable sense of humor and beaming smile! Outside of the office, she loves spending free time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren, and going to the beach, of course!
Noelle Agnew, Senior Sales Executive
We welcomed Noelle Agnew to the Sheally Insurance Group family in February of 2021. Noelle adds a wealth of personal lines insurance expertise to our agent team, bringing with her over a decade of experience protecting homeowners and insureds while simultaneously educating clients on the importance of proper coverage. She holds her Property and Casualty license and also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. When she’s not working, Noelle enjoys spending time with her son, riding bikes, and going to the beach. She also loves bodybuilding in her spare time and just so happens to be an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Pro!
Aly Hanson, Closing Coordinator
Aly joined the Sheally Insurance Group crew in 2021 with over seven years of prior insurance industry experience. She is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. In her current role she assists our sales team with new business transactions while focusing primarily on closing coordination. Aly’s organizational skills are top-notch, and her calm, friendly demeanor is exceptionally comforting! It’s no surprise that her favorite part of the job is helping others, especially when it comes to guiding customers through big life changes. When she’s not hard at work, Aly likes spending quality time with her son, going to beach, and playing golf.
Veronica Godwin, Director of Strategic Partnerships
Veronica joined Sheally Insurance Group in February of 2021 with more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit and business development arenas. Veronica is also a UNC Wilmington graduate with an impressive background serving as a Community Volunteer to countless organizations, foundations, youth clubs, and boards. In her current role, Veronica focuses on identifying well-matched strategic partnerships in support of the agency’s efforts to further expand our commercial lines footprint. She also plays a vital role in ongoing community outreach endeavors through participation in various local non-profit activities. Veronica and her husband Charlie have two sons. In her free time, she loves watching her boys play sports, spending time out on the water, and enjoying their family’s land.
Joann Grosskopf, Office Manager

Joann joined our team in 2018 as part of the Patrick Smith Agency acquisition. She has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life. Joann’s goal is to make sure clients are protected and prepared for any unexpected occurrence and she goes to great lengths to deliver exceptional customer service. Away from the office, Joann enjoys drawing, painting, and crafting activities. She also loves spending free time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Keta White, Senior Sales Executive

Keta joined the Sheally team in 2018 with 15 years of prior agency experience as part of the A. Patch Insurance acquisition. She also had the pleasure of previously working with the Boy Scouts of America in Cleveland, Ohio which greatly influenced the development of her diverse skill set and business technique. Keta holds Property and Casualty, Surety, Marine, and Bonds licenses and assists with both personal lines and commercial insurance needs. She is a personable agent who enjoys interacting with her clients most! Keta approaches customer relationships from a place of mutual respect and strives to make everyone feel like family. We love her bright smile and sense of humor around the office! Keta is also a talented violinist who likes to play her favorite instrument and spend free time with “my blessings,” aka her four children.
Melissa Christopher, Office Manager

Melissa started her career in the insurance field in 1994 and joined our agency in 2019. She assists both personal and commercial lines clientele with the full spectrum of insurance solutions. Melissa is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident and Health, and Surplus Lines Broker. Melissa enjoys being a part of the Sheally fam and building relationships with her clients. Her calming demeanor and vast knowledge of the insurance world adds tremendous value to our agency every day. Outside of the office, Melissa likes spending time with family, going to the beach, and reading.
Karen Stump, Account Manager
Karen joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2013 with seven years of prior agency experience. She holds Property and Casualty and Life licenses and assists clients with all aspects of their ongoing insurance needs in her role as an Account Manager. Karen values the relationships she’s developed over time with clients and teammates most about her work with the agency. Ms. Karen is also one to keep you smiling throughout the day and each season. She is definitely “in” on the office fun and is well known for her enthusiastic participation and contributions to our group celebrations. She has two sons and grandchildren as well. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with family, going to shows and movies, photography, cooking, traveling, and Panther football!
Brandon Odham, Senior Sales Executive
Brandon joined Sheally Insurance Group in November of 2019 with nearly 20 years of prior agency experience. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of UNCW’s Cameron School of Business where he double-majored in Marketing and Management. Brandon enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with clients, meeting new people, and helping them confidently secure the insurance policies that best fit their needs. He brags that Sheally's structure and service model is by far the best he’s experienced in his career (his words!) and of course, we are thrilled to have him on our team. In his free time, Brandon likes to stay active, golf, play basketball, and "just be outdoors" in addition to traveling, experiencing new places, and cultures.
Tina Adler, Account Manager
Tina joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2016 with eight years of prior agency experience. She earned her Bachelor's in Finance and Production Management from Mercyhurst University, is licensed in Life and Health, Property and Casualty, Broker and Bond, and also holds a Trusted Risk Advisor designation. Tina constructs and optimizes insurance portfolios in the commercial division of our agency and is primarily focussed on protecting businesses from unforeseeable loss. She enjoys meeting and helping business owners with their insurance needs and, “has, and always will, specialize in helping others, especially when they need it the most!” Tina treasures time spent outside the office with her husband of many years, her children, and grandbabies!
Missy Easter, Agency Partner
Missy joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2017 with over 25 years of industry experience as part of the Wagner-Easter agency merger. She is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. Missy focuses primarily on assisting commercial clientele with the full spectrum of business insurance needs. She is passionate about customizing the right product for the best rate for each customer and takes a personal interest in the success of each business. Missy received a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Salem College, having spent 12 years in the interior design field as well. Missy is an active member of the Winston Salem Home Builders Association, serving on multiple committees & boards to support the local home building industry, including Parade of Homes Chair, Remodelers Council and Women’s Council President, and Triad Home & Garden Show Administrator. She also volunteers at Centenary United Methodist Church and is dedicated to working with youth to help them grow in their faith and know Jesus. Missy loves spending free time with her family, Wake Forest Football, going to the beach, eating great food, and taking her boxer on long hikes. She also enjoys visiting new places and getting to know new people!
TJ Dunn, Sales Executive
TJ joined Sheally Insurance Group in July of 2019 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. He is dedicated to expanding our agency footprint while helping to protect those who live in the Wilmington community he loves to call home. TJ holds Property and Casualty and Life and Health coverage licenses. He is a “Core 4” in 2020 member of the Port City Young Professionals group and you better believe you can always count on this young man to dress the part! TJ also enjoys spending time with friends, making new ones, boating, fashion, and working out.

Cindy began her career in the insurance field in 2008 prior to joining Sheally Insurance Group in 2017. She holds a Property and Casualty license and assists both commercial and personal lines clientele. Cindy’s favorite part about working in the insurance field is the opportunity it presents to meet and help new people. In her free time, Cindy loves to boat and spend time with her husband and son.
Lisa DuBose, Account Manager
Lisa joined the Sheally Insurance Group family in 2008. Her career in insurance began in 1979 after working in banking for several years. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Medicare Supplement, and Long Term Care. Lisa has seen a thing or two over the course of her career (there’s not much she hasn’t seen or dealt with, actually) and she is always eager to get to know and help our loyal customers. Lisa was born and raised in Pender county and graduated from Burgaw High School. If you want to hear a good story or learn about how our community has evolved and changed over time, just ask this true-local! Lisa is also a dedicated caretaker who likes to shop and absolutely loves to spoil her dog!
Portia Suggs, Account Manager
Portia joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2009 with six years of prior agency experience. She is a seasoned member of our personal lines account management team and is committed to providing excellent customer service to our loyal base of local clientele. She keeps us smiling and guessing in the office with her funny stories and crazy-accurate impressions, too! Ms. Suggs earned a Business Management degree from University of Mount Olive. She is a proud mother of one son who enjoys reading and spending time with family in her free time.
Matthew Anschutz, Account Manager
Matthew joined the Sheally Insurance Group team in January of 2019 with nearly a decade of prior agency experience. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and is always willing to extend his expertise to help customers navigate a wide range of both new and ongoing insurance related scenarios. Matthew enjoys working and having fun alongside his fellow-teammates, getting to know clients, and meeting new people. Our agency benefits not only from his professional contributions, but also from his famous culinary creations as well! Matthew attended the State University of New York at Oswego where he studied Elementary Education and Coaching. Away from the office, Matthew likes to golf, relax, and go to the beach in his free time.
Patricia Burney, Account Manager
Patricia joined Sheally Insurance Group in March of 2017 with over 10 years of insurance industry experience. She previously worked in banking and retail management for many years as well. Patricia is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, and is also a Notary Public. She is passionate about getting to know her clients and building lasting relationships. Patricia volunteers with her church as their Finance Secretary and also enjoys reading, visiting with family, and going to antique car shows in her free time. She and her husband have five children and lots of grandchildren!
Cary Libson, Habitational Division Manager
Cary joined Sheally Insurance Group in February of 2019 with nearly a decade of prior insurance industry experience. She is licensed in Property and Casualty in both North and South Carolina. Cary is a problem solver with keen attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way. She also specializes in the area of Homeowners Associations and the unique insurance coverage and service needs of this clientele. Outside of the office, Cary and her husband take on some seriously impressive home renovation projects! She also loves going to the beach and spending time out on the water with family.
Kim Floyd, Account Manager
Kim joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2016 with over 10 years of prior agency experience. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Catawba College. Kim is licensed in Property and Casualty in North Carolina and assists clients with keeping their policies up to date and ensuring proper coverage. In her free time Kim volunteers as a Church Treasurer and Music Director! She also enjoys spending time outside of the office with her husband, two children, and grandchild.
Cathy Barnette, Account Manager
Cathy joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2017 with over 25 years of prior agency experience. Cathy is licensed in Property and Casualty and enjoys keeping up with clients, watching them grow, and helping to ensure that their coverages stay up to date as things change over time. Cathy has been married for many years and loves traveling to Hickory, North Carolina with her husband to visit with family in her free time!
Barbara Suppa, Operations Associate
Barbara joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2017 with an extensive background in early childhood education prior to beginning her work in the insurance field. Barb leads our certificate processing operations and also runs point on several avenues of incoming electronic information. She earned her Early Childhood Education degree from Ashworth College in Georgia. She also has a Culinary Certification with an emphasis in baking from HCCC Culinary Arts Institute—a nationally recognized, award-winning curriculum that is one of only two programs to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commission in the New York region. Barbara is also an ordained minister, wife, and mother of two...in other words, you might want to get to know her! She is quite the well-rounded and connected individual!
Dani Pittman, Director of Agency Development
Dani joined Sheally Insurance Group in February of 2019 and is a licensed Property and Casualty agent. Prior to beginning her career in insurance, she attended NC Wesleyan and spent many years as the program director of a youth soccer club. In her current role with the agency, Dani focuses primarily on serving the needs of commercial clientele. She also assists with operational process development and new hire onboarding implementation. Dani is passionate about creating relationships with clients, coworkers, and insurance carriers. Away from the office, Dani volunteers with Wilmington Hammerheads Youth FC, loves being outside with her family, and enjoys running and working out.
Alyson Stromberg, Account Manager

Alyson joined the Sheally team in December of 2019 with six years of prior agency experience. She is licensed in Property and Casualty lines in South Carolina. Ms. Stromberg is also Hartford School of Insurance Commercial Lines School trained. Her repertoire of credentials goes on to include Active Duty in the Airforce, a Bachelor of Science Communication degree concentrated in Sales and Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Phoenix as well. Alyson supports our commercial lines clientele in her current role with the agency and enjoys getting to know people through their business; and what makes that business so important to them. Alyson is also a mother and wife. Outside of the office she enjoys exploring Charleston, trying new restaurants, and spending free time with family!
Angela Little, Account Manager

Angela joined our team in August of 2018 as a part of the Patrick Smith Agency merger. She started her career in the insurance field in 2012. Angela is licensed in both Property and Casualty and is focused on developing lasting bonds based on trust with clients. She is committed to keeping their best interests at heart and is pleased to offer a broad spectrum of quality products in order to meet each individual's direct insurance needs. In her spare time, Angela is a volunteer coach for a competitive cheerleading team! She also loves spending time with family and cheering from the sidelines at her daughter's softball games.
Christy Galloway, Account Manager

Christy joined our agency in April of 2019 and is licensed in Property and Casualty lines in South Carolina. Prior to beginning her career in insurance, Christy was a retail business owner and middle school teacher where she taught the very important life skill of financial literacy. Her favorite part of working in the insurance field is being able to meet and work with new people on a daily basis. Christy likes to learn about her client's lives which also allows her the proper context to protect the people and items they value most. Christy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. She is the proud mother of three daughters as well. In her free time, she likes to run, cook, travel, and spend time with friends and family!
Denise Griffith, Operations Associate
Denise joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2017 with over a decade of prior agency experience. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and enjoys each opportunity throughout the workday to greet and assist our customers with their insurance needs. Outside of the office, Denise likes to spend time at church and craft. She creates beautiful custom string art pieces! Denise is very dedicated to her family as well. She has been married to her husband for many years and they have two sons.
Esthella Eason, Operations Associate
Esthella joined Sheally Insurance Group in August of 2018. She is the calm voice and welcoming smile that typically greets visitors in our Wilmington headquarters location! Esthella is always willing to help with whatever is ringing, dinging, or needing attention in the reception service area. She is also bilingual, which aids in our ability to serve our Spanish-speaking clientele. Life outside of the office is all about family for Ms. Esthella. She and her husband have five children who keep life very busy and full of adventure!
Alison Dutka Jones, Operations Associate
Alison joined the Sheally Insurance Group family in 2016 and holds a NC Property and Casualty license. Whether assisting customers with service needs or interacting with colleagues, she is always wiling to pitch in and help out. Alison's positive attitude and calm, graceful demeanor is altogether wonderful. She's that good kind of contagious! Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Belhaven University. She is a formally trained dance instructor and director as well. Outside of the office, Alison enjoys spending free time cooking, going to the beach, and hanging with her husband and their dog, Benedict Cumberbark. She’s also highly involved with GAFA, a non-profit, faith integrated performing and visual arts studio dedicated to nurturing the creativity of each student as God uniquely reveals Himself in each individual.

Christie joined our team in South Carolina in November of 2018 as part of the A Patch Insurance agency acquisition. Prior to starting her career in the insurance field, Christie attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore where she studied English. She also has an accounting background which further shaped her skillset as a detail oriented and knowledgeable agent. In her free time, Christie likes to travel, head to the local gym with her husband to practice Muay Thai, and watch their gym mates Thai box competitively throughout the year.
Dominique D'Auria, Operations Associate

Ms. D'Auria joined our South Carolina crew in August of 2021. Dominique started her insurance career in 2016 and is licensed in Property and Casualty. Prior to relocating from the northeast, she worked with AAA and Farmers agencies where she focused on personal lines production and customer service. As a matter of fact, she is a past winner of CSAA Insurance’s Service Excellence award. With extended family and the beach close by, Dominque couldn’t resist the temptation to venture south. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, concerts, paddle boarding, reading, shopping, and organizing - go figure! We’re absolutely thrilled to have her and so glad she decided to call the Lowcountry and Sheally Insurance Group home.
Judi Padgett, Operations Associate
Judi joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2022 with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field dating back to 1992. She holds a North Carolina Property and Casualty license. Judi enjoys building relationships and assisting clients in any way possible alongside her co-workers. Judi earned an associate degree in accounting from Coastal Carolina Community College. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her six grandchildren, camping, participating in recreational sports, and staying involved with church. She volunteers for various community outreach projects as well. Mrs. Padgett also has two sons and is married to her high school sweetheart!
Michelle McCarn, Operations Associate
Michelle joined the Sheally Insurance Group crew in 2022 with three years of prior insurance agency experience. In her current role, she serves as one of the first points of contact with our amazing customers. It’s no secret that she likes helping and getting to know people! Michelle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree. When she’s not at work, Ms. McCarn enjoys walking The Loop at Wrightsville Beach, checking out local breweries with friends, and hanging out with her kitty, Duchess!
Carly Owen, Operations Associate
Carly joined the Sheally Insurance Group family in 2022 as a newly licensed Property and Casualty agent. She adds a wealth of customer service experience to our team, having previously worked in retail and for the Salvation Army for many years prior to joining our agency. Carly likes connecting with people and helping to “lift some of the weight from their shoulders.” She also happens to have a degree in therapeutic massage...go figure! Craig Bennetch, Associate Sales Executive
We welcomed Craig to the Sheally Insurance Group team as part of the Lawson-Wagner Insurance Agency acquisition. Craig started his career in the insurance industry in 2017 after spending nearly a decade working in the telecommunications field where he focused on wireless communications and more specifically, cellular phone services. Craig is a Jacksonville, North Carolina native and the son of a retired U.S. Marine. He has a deep appreciation and understanding of the military service lifestyle and incorporates those perspectives in his work every day. Craig’s insurance expertise and role within our agency is concentrated in new personal lines business sales. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and holds a Life Insurance license as well. Craig is an avid year-round golfer who enjoys spending free time with family and friends, going to the beach in the summer, hunting in the fall, and in his words, watching “ALL" the sports!
Heather Gamester, Senior Sales Executive
Heather Gamester joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2022 adding over 20 years of talent and prior industry experience to our team. Initially handling surety bond claims, followed by commercial account management, and later transitioning to personal lines sales, Heather has certainly earned her stripes and seen many facets of the insurance world in her tenure thus far. In her current role with our agency, Heather is focused primarily on personal lines new business sales. Having moved from New Hampshire to North Carolina in 2005, she sites working with homeowners to help educate and explain the differences between purchasing insurance for homes on the coast vs. “anywhere else in the US” as one of her favorite aspects of the job. Heather attended Hesser College where she received an associate degree in paralegal studies in addition to a bachelor of science concentrated in criminal justice. In other words...don’t even think about trying her!! Outside of the office, Heather enjoys reading in her free time, going for walks, listening to live music, and spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Frances Pierce, Account Manager
Frances joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2021 as part of the Lawson-Wagner Insurance agency acquisition. She began her career in the insurance field in 1993, and if you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her or encountering her sunny disposition, it comes as no surprise that she loves to meet and help people! "Fran" is well-equipped to do just that as she holds Property and Casualty, Life and Health, Medicare, and Long-Term Care insurance licenses. When she’s not at work, she still gets our “Most Likely to be Smiling and Meeting People” vote! She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family, including her two children and grandchildren.
Sirli Jenkins, Account Manager
Mrs. Jenkins joined Sheally Insurance Group in October of 2021 as a part of the Lawson-Wagner Insurance Agency acquisition. Sirli’s career in the insurance field began in 2013. Over the years, she has assisted with a variety of duties spanning from new business sales to account management and servicing needs. Sirli likes the challenge of translating the many complexities of insurance into concepts and coverage needs that are easy to understand and navigate. Sirli earned an associate degree focused in garment construction and design from Tallinn Technical School in Estonia, a country in Northern Europe, as well as a business administration degree from Columbia Southern University where she graduated magna com laude. She is an active member of the Carolina Pine Needle Quilt Guild, a local organization partnering with various non-profits to sew everything from quilted blankets to Christmas stockings that are donated to abused children, the elderly, and much more. Sirli also enjoys home and gardening projects in her free time, working with fabrics, reading, and growing her house plant collection. Her husband is a former Marine who happens to be an excellent chef, too. The Jenkins household also includes a very spoiled Havanese pup named Hugo!
Allison Osborne, Account Manager
We welcomed Allison to the Sheally Insurance Group team in 2021 as part of the Lawson-Wagner agency acquisition. Prior to beginning her career in the insurance field, Allison earned an associate degree from Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville and spent many years working in retail management. She was even a certified MAC makeup artist…so don’t be shy about working in a few cosmetology questions while she’s getting your insurance needs all squared away! Allison is Property and Casualty licensed and focuses on assisting our personal lines clientele with protecting their most important belongings in her current role within the agency. She also loves to help customers be sure they understand what each of their insurance policies cover. In her free time, Allison cares for and enjoys spending time with her two children. She lives that “mom-life” to the fullest and has developed bonus expertise in the areas of grade school homework and last-minute project oversite, as well as sibling dispute management! She’s a huge soccer fan too, which, of course, gels very well with the DNA of our agency. Score!!
Evelin Nina, Account Manager
Evelin joined the Sheally Insurance Group team in 2022 with over five years of prior experience in the insurance field. In her current role, she enjoys getting to know and assisting our Spanish-speaking customers with a variety of insurance needs. Outside of the office, Evelin serves the community through pastoring a small local church along with her husband, both of which are very proud of their two sons. In her free time, Mrs. Nina also loves to travel, cruise, and occasionally visit the tropical island and beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic where she was born.
Maria Rimer, Account Manager
Maria joined the Sheally Insurance Group in August of 2022 after working with a national independent insurance agency for several years and later as internal insurance resource for a mortgage lending group. She earned an art history degree from Old Dominion University and holds active property and casualty insurance licenses across many states, including all of the southeastern region. In her current role as an Account Manager within our agency, Maria enjoys educating customers on the significance of necessary coverages and helping clients find the best rates for their insurance purchases. Outside of the office, she spends lots of free time at the beach, on the water, and at the baseball field with her husband and their two children!
KathyLees, Office Manager
Kathy joined Sheally Insurance Group as part of the Lawson-Wagner acquisition in 2021 with 30 years of insurance industry experience and long-standing ties to the former agency and Jacksonville community. Dating back to 1991, her expertise has expanded in-step with the agency’s growth and evolving needs. Kathy has handled everything from finance and management to office administration, executive assistant duties, execution of marketing and customer service tasks, and nearly everything in between. In her current role within the agency, Kathy channels her diverse skill set to assist our commercial lines clientele with maintaining adequate insurance coverage and ongoing support for their businesses. When asked what her favorite part of working in the insurance field is, she cites helping customers truly understand the importance of insurance. Based on her tenure, it’s safe to say she’s successfully conveyed those concepts a time or two! Kathy earned her associate degree in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville and holds Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health licenses. Away from the office, Kathy enjoys spending time with her two sons and grandbabies!
Kaitlin Ousley, Senior Sales Executive
Kaitlin joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2022 as part of the Tidal Creek Insurance merger-acquisition. Kaitlin and her brother Jeremy Ousley started Tidal Creek in 2017 and quickly built an impressive agency designed to serve the Summerville community while catering to the unique insurance needs of local lenders and real estate agents. We are thrilled to add Kaitlin’s talent and experience to our team! In her current role within our agency, Kaitlin primarily focusses on new business development and continues to enjoy providing creative insurance solutions and supporting referral partners. Prior to beginning her career in the insurance field, Kaitlin attended the University of South Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications. She also worked for an international technology company specializing in staffing and software. Outside of the office, Kaitlin spends her free volunteering, exploring restaurants and coffee shops throughout the low country, reading, sipping wine with girlfriends, and hanging with her two goldendoodles who supply no shortage of laughter and entertainment!
Jason Eisner, Sales Executive
Jason joined the Sheally Insurance Group team as part of the Tidal Creek Insurance merger-acquisition in 2022. Prior to starting his career in the insurance field, Jason earned a finance degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and worked for his family’s flooring installation business. Hat tip to his father for instilling a noticeably disciplined work ethic and customer-first approach out the gate! In his current role within our agency, Mr. Eisner is primarily focused on developing relationships with new personal lines clientele as well as supporting the insurance needs of local lenders and Realtors to ensure every client is properly covered and handled with care. When he's not working, Jason enjoys hiking, riding dirt bikes, and watching football in his free time. Originally from New York, and now living in South Carolina, it should come as no surprise that he is both a Giants and a Gamecocks fan!
Christine O’Neal, Account Manager
Christine joined the Sheally Insurance Group team in 2022 as part of the Tidal Creek Insurance merger-acquisition. Prior to beginning her career in the insurance field, Christine worked as a paralegal, handled business operations for a multi-clinic medical group, and even taught preschool! As a lead Account Manager within the agency, Mrs. O’Neal applies years of experience working across many facets of the insurance industry to support customers, ensure policy renewals are properly managed, and mentor her colleagues and counterparts. Christine is an active member of the Summerville Sales Force Business Networking International chapter, as well an avid volunteer and supporter of Dorchester Habitat for Humanity. Outside of the office, Christine enjoys going to the beach, hiking, attending music festivals and exploring new experiences and adventures with her husband, their three children, family, and friends!
Hunter Moeller, Account Manager
Hunter joined the Sheally Insurance Group crew in August of 2022 as part of the Tidal Creek Insurance merger-acquisition. In his current role as an Account Manager within our agency, Hunter is focused on providing ongoing support for our personal lines clientele in the Summerville area. He holds an active South Carolina property & casualty insurance license and especially enjoys the rewarding nature of providing peace of mind through insurance for others. Prior to starting his career in the insurance field, Hunter attended Clemson University. As a student, he worked in the construction field and also oversaw groups of dogs at a pet boarding facility while their owners were off vacationing, working, and doing all the “hooman” things! Talk about tricky communication, conflict resolution, and herding skill development! Outside of the office, Hunter loves spending time camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. He enjoys hanging with his beloved dog, watching movies, gaming with friends, and reading as well!
Angie Brown, Account Manager
Angie joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2022 with fifteen years of prior insurance agency experience. Before beginning her career in the insurance field, Angie attended UNCW and worked in the banking industry for more than a decade. Ms. Brown holds a property and casualty license and supports new personal lines business production in addition to ongoing account service needs in her current role with our agency. We’re thrilled to have her, that bright smile, and her outgoing, “tell it like it is” personality! Outside of the office, Angie enjoys spending time with her significant other and family, boating, island hopping, and swimming with her doodles!
Alexis Scalia, Operations Associate
Alexis joined Sheally Insurance Group in 2022 as part of the Tidal Creek Insurance merger-acquisition. Prior to beginning her career in the insurance field in 2021, Alexis spent several years in the property management arena in addition to working in a service support role within the banking industry. As an Operations Associate and member of our service team, she assists clients with day-to-day account maintenance and servicing needs. When asked about her favorite aspects of the work she does in the agency, Alexis sites connecting with others, identifying solutions, and reaching resolution. Three cheers for a positive mindset and effective problem-solving skills! Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her son and family, reading, and shopping!
